After hours doctors (GPs) are available each evening, please call (02) 9365-2833 for an appointment. We also offer our patients 24 hour care through an accredited after hours service.

Booking Consultations

bondifamilyhealth.com works on an advanced appointment system, please call us to make an appointment.

Informing the receptionist of the reason for your booking will assist them in allocating you appropriate time with the doctor.

Fees

Some practitioners charge a private fee for their services and some are Bulk Billing. Information on which doctors charge a private fee is available at reception.

Private fees are set $30 above the Medicare rebate for the service provided.

At the conclusion of your consultation, payment is collected via Cash, Credit Card or EFTPOS. A Medicare rebate is then deposited directly to your Savings or Cheque account via our EFTPOS terminal, immediately after making your payment.

Please bring your EFTPOS card so you can receive your rebate. Alternatively, Medicare can send you a cheque for the rebate.

The difference between the amount you pay for your consultation and the rebate you receive from Medicare will be $30.

Patients that hold a valid Pensioner Card, Centerlink Health Care Card and patients under the age of 16 may be bulk billed by some doctors (excluding consultations after hours between 6PM & 10PM and on Weekends).

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancelling or changing your appointments to avoid charges.
